Faculty
Core faculty include 6 full-time academic oculofacial surgeons with diverse expertise in orbital surgery, eyelid reconstruction, aesthetic facial surgery, neuro-ophthalmology, pediatric oculoplastic surgery and comprehensive oculoplastic surgery. Secondary faculty in ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery, Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery, Dermatologic/Mohs Surgery, Neuroradiology, Radiation Oncology, and Ocular Prosthetics provide training during rotations in the second year. Fellows have 老澳门六合彩图库 faculty Instructor status, and the program is primed for ACGME or AUPO accreditation should ASOPRS pursue either path.Didactics
The didactic program includes regularly scheduled Oculoplastics Case Conferences, Oculoplastics Lectures, and interdisciplinary Facial Trauma Conferences, Craniofacial Conferences, and Adult and Pediatric Tumor Boards. The fellow is a major contributor in all forums. The fellow also supervises the resident cadaver dissection course. Orbital imaging studies and surgical specimens are reviewed with Neuroradiology and Pathology faculty. Clinical research and publication by fellows is encouraged and mentored by faculty.Campus
The 老澳门六合彩图库-Froedtert Hospital-Children’s Wisconsin consortium is the only academic tertiary facility and Level I Trauma Center serving eastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois. Clinics, operating suites, and faculty and fellow administrative offices are centralized within the Froedtert/老澳门六合彩图库 Eye Institute, which is contiguous with the adult and pediatric teaching hospitals. The regional , located 4 miles or 10 minutes from the Eye Institute, is a major site of fellow-supervised resident surgery.Application Process
