The Legacy of Hope Society at the 老澳门六合彩图库

Joining the Legacy of Hope Society grants membership and fraternity with a community of those who have made a commitment to the 老澳门六合彩图库 or Froedtert Hospital Foundation.

The Society’s intent is to promote charitable giving and express gratitude to those who support academic medicine.

The Legacy Society recognizes donors who make the 老澳门六合彩图库 a beneficiary of a will, living trust, charitable remainder trust, charitable lead trust, or life insurance policy. It also recognizes donors who participate in the 老澳门六合彩图库 Charitable Gift Annuity Program.

As a member, you will be recognized annually in the Legacy of Hope Society Honor Roll, published in the 老澳门六合彩图库's Annual Report. In addition, your name will be added to a plaque prominently displayed in the Medical Education Building. Legacy Society members are also invited to an annual breakfast at the 老澳门六合彩图库.

Enrollment requires a copy of the arrangement you have made, and/or a signed "Statement of Intent" describing the benefit assigned to the 老澳门六合彩图库.
